We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your heart-warming messages of support and encouragement since we closed the B&B back in March in response to the UK Government guidance due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Please be assured that we are looking forward to the day when we can open our doors again and welcome you back to our secluded patch of the North York Moors National Park. Looking after our Guests, Family and the local Community will always be our first priority at Woodlands Farm and we have been busy behind the scenes writing risk assessments, introducing new policies and communicating with our commercial contacts regarding compliance of cleaning products/laundry services, so we can offer Guests a safe environment and be ready to welcome you here again as soon as possible.
All of our Guest rooms are in converted stables, most with their own private entrance and all have their own en-suite bathroom. Two of our Guest rooms (The Middleton & The Ainsty) have their own cooking facilities. In response to Covid-19, we will be offering Guests revised breakfast arrangements including breakfast in bed and takeaway. We are set in our own 10 acres of land with an Orchard, woodland area and green pasture – we feel confident that social distancing can be well managed. We are a Licensed premises and we will be offering a simple dinner menu/Yorkshire Platters as well as our usual packed lunches for Guests to enjoy during their stay with us – to be booked in advance.
We encourage Guests to book direct with us rather than through an online travel agent (OTA) given the current circumstances, as this will ensure we can meet your requirements, best flexibility and price for your stay. We continue to offer a discount to Blue Light Card holders and Armed Forces (Serving & Retired).
We wish you all well during this challenging time and we hope to see you here soon.
Paul and Amy Callin
