New! My Kitchen Cookery Experiences
In the Autumn 2019, we’re delighted to launch My Kitchen Cookery Experiences at Woodlands Farm by Chef/Owner Amy Callin. Before setting up Woodlands Farm, Amy worked as a Senior Course Tutor at Bettys Cookery School in Harrogate for 9 years (part of the Bettys Café Tearoom Business) where she developed and delivered Cookery courses to adults and children, ranging from knife skills to chocolate making. Amy trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London.
We will be offering residential and non-residential Cookery Experiences with themes such as Yorkshire Afternoon Tea Experience, to Making Mince Pies and Christmas Canapés demonstrations as well as inviting local food and drink producers for talk and tastings.
My Kitchen will host small groups of up to 4-6 people, working around a large central kitchen island but will have their own hobs, oven and equipment to use. The Cookery Experiences are ideal for guests looking for a short, half-day culinary experience whilst exploring Yorkshire and North York Moors National Park.
Our first Cookery Experience is at the end of September 2019 and we hope My Kitchen will give guests whether from home or abroad a ‘Taste of Yorkshire’ in a fun and relaxing environment that anyone, regardless of their culinary experience can enjoy.
We look forward to welcoming you to My Kitchen soon.
Amy and Paul
Please note we have been working hard on a separate My Kitchen webpage and we have been experiencing several technical issues. We apologise for the delay and hope for it to be ‘live’ very soon.
